Jewish Family Services
The Federation's Jewish Family Services works with any community member who needs assistance. Individuals of all ages use our services for crisis management, on-going casework assistance, or referrals. Individualized services increase the quality of life for Jewish community members. The following is a list of some of the services we provide:
Individualized Family Services and Senior Adult Services
- Consultation and care coordination
- Bereavement counseling and cargiver support groups
- Crisis intervention and counseling
- Daily check-in phone calls to older adults
- Transportation for appointments and grocery shopping
- Consultation and liason for out-of-town families and health care professionals
- Holiday Lunches and informational programs
Refugee Resettlement
- Housing assistance
- ESL and acculturation
- Medical, welfare, and social security coordination and advocacy
- Employment counseling and job identification
- Weekly Russian Club English classes
