Michiana Jewish Film Festival

The Michiana Jewish Film Festival (MJFF) has quickly become the Jewish Federation’s largest community-wide program. With attendance steadily growing since 2011, and a diverse audience from the greater Michiana community, this partnership with the DeBartolo Performing Arts Center has proven to be a continued success.

Thanks to the support of our sponsors, in kind donations, and ticket sales, the MJFF is second only to our Annual Campaign for raising funds. You can learn more about the Michiana Jewish Film Festival by clicking the button below.

Our Community News Appeals

Twice a year we run a fundraising appeal through our newsletter, Our Community News. Pairing with two major holidays in the Jewish calendar, appeals are great opportunities to send holiday greetings through the newsletter to your community while supporting the continuing existence of our newsletter as well as Federation services and programs.

Passover Appeal: Our Passover Appeal is a fundraiser for the Jewish Family Services Food Pantry and is used for everyone who would be otherwise unable to obtain Kosher for Pesach products for their Seder. Cash donations and gift cards are accepted as part of this and all JFS Food Pantry appeals, and in appreciation of your gift, you will be included in the Holiday Greetings section printed the month of Passover.

Rosh Hashanah Appeal: With the New Year comes a new cycle of Our Community News. While our newsletters are provided to our community, free of cost, to help keep members up to date on the programs and services available to them at the Federation and through our partners, voluntary subscriptions allow us to continue monthly editions. Each summer we offer inclusion in our New Year Greetings section of the newsletter for those who underwrite our cost with a voluntary subscription. Subscriptions can be gifted to non-community members as part of this appeal.
