FLI: Toning, Stretching & Yoga 9:15AM - 10:15AM Tuesday & Thursday
This class is a combination of exercises to strengthen and tone muscles of the whole body,
as well as yoga practice for balance and relaxation purposes.
You need to bring a Yoga mat to sit, a large towel and a stretchy band.
This class meets twice a week, on Tuesdays and Thursdays.
