Fitness Classes
We've partnered directly with instructors to provide fitness opportunities. Our Zumba instructor, Yolanda Suggs, offers a variety of Classes throughout the year, as well as hosting Zumbathons / Parties with proceeds benefiting the JFS Food Pantry.
If Zumba is a little too intense for your taste, we also have Tai Chi available with instructor Barbara Goldfarb. Both are taught in sessions of multiple weeks, but can be joined at any time for a prorated cost. You can also sample a class for free before you decide.
Needle Arts
Our needle arts group meets twice a month to knit, crochet, and needle point. Whether you are working on a long-term project, or learning a new hobby, all are welcome to join us. We provide instruction, and if you are working on a charity project with us, we have supplies you are welcome to use.
