Stretching, Toning & Yoga

This class is a combination of exercises to strengthen and tone muscles of the whole body, as well as yoga practice for balance and relaxation purposes. You need to bring a Yoga mat to sit, a large towel and a stretchy band. This class meets twice each week, on Tuesday and Thursday. 9:15 - 10:15.
